Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.


Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • United States: 5–9 business days

  • Canada: 6–10 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days

  • Other International Locations: 7–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak seasons.


Shipping Costs

  • Free Shipping may be available on selected promotions or orders.

  • Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

You can track your shipment using the provided carrier tracking link.

If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days After Payment confrimation, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or taxes depending on the destination country.

Return Policy

30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • The product must be in the original packaging

  • All accessories and included components must be returned


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery


Damaged or Defective Items

If your laptop arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

Our support team will arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is verified.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The item is defective

  • We shipped the wrong product


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped, and cancellation may not be possible.
